Personal Training just became more affordable and fun!

This is group training but a more holistic RESULTS DRIVEN service similar to our one-on-one personal training, but at a much lower price point. We have early morning, mid morning, evening sessions available and prices are as low as $25/session!

Included with your hour-long sessions with us in the studio, you will have access to a private Facebook group where we will be posting nutrition plans & recipes, monthly home workouts, weekly lifestyle goals, videos/tips, ongoing guidance and support and instructions on how to measure your results. This will be home to all your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle related questions, and will be a place to support one another as we all work on our goals together 🙂

Memberships will give you the option of coming once, twice or three times per week for a 3 month commitment period.
